Women Unleashed is led by Nicole Perry and El Chambers, ex-CEO, corporate consultants, spiritual mentors, coaches, counsellors and energy healers who blend grounded expertise with deep intuitive intelligence.

El Chambers
FounderEl Chambers is an energy flow healer, leader and home maker who uses her skills to identify blocks to flow and support the healing and enhancement of talents and intuitive connection with women seeking more. As co-founder and co-host of Women Unleashed, she brings 45+ years of experience as a woman using her divine femininity to lead, taking some extraordinary opportunities on the world stage to elite successes including performances at Montreux, leading stem cell research at conception and the Churchill Scholarship for a leading director.
Nicole Perry
Nicole Perry is a spiritual mentor, coach, and change leader who guides high-achieving women back to their truth, self-trust, and inner authority. As co-founder and co-host of Women Unleashed, she brings 35+ years’ experience in leadership, coaching, and cultural change, serving on the Board of the Change Management Institute (Australia) and running her own consultancy across Asia-Pacific. She blends her grounded intuitive guidance and energy healing with executive coaching.
